What to do with the Dagger?

I only put only two points in Finesse. I may put one more in later.

The first point gives you a 5% reduction.
The second gives you 4%.
The third gives 3%.
I'm assuming the final two give 2% and 1%.

So for two points, I have a 9% reduction. Spending the three extra points would only get me to 15%.

Once I master, I may put more if I can't find someplace else, but i could see a point of diminishing returns.
