OK... Time was drawing short and my animation was taking way too long to complete, so I've attached a submission to my sig. Not what I wanted, but it will have to suffice. I can provide the version without Name, Notoriety, and Guild for whoever needs it.

19 Apr -

Roughened edges
Added burn/worm holes
Added tears and wrinkles
Added dropshadow
Made whole overall feel more grimey
Added tiny logo in lower right

20 Apr -

Lightened and adjusted map shadow to better match background
Fixed wiped inkmarks caused by incorrect fill threshold setting
Adjusted rip in lower right

20 Apr (B) -

Figured out how to make my animation smaller and added it back (knocked whole sig to 170k/20 frames)
Added picture frame
Added chains to hold frame
Added shadowing to chains and frame
