I know what it is ... When POTCO is set at a lower resolution than your desktop and you switch it is stuck at the POTCO resolution until you click something.

So in other words try matching the resolution for pirates with your desktop.

P.S. It won't hurt the computer

I was thinking he had some the accessibility settings turned on but... it could be an entirely different thing...
