Grenads + Vets + Kingshead = Profit.
Solo is the best, so long as you can pull them. I tend to make quite a bit this way and works on improving my aim also.

If I have a few friends online, a quicker way is plundering, usually 800-1k per run. 10mins to get out and back again if we take off from something like padres.

A few quick games of blackjack, I start off with setting a loose limit that when I get to that much cash I'll just leave the table, but usually I walk away with 3k in 10mins or so depending on luck. Have been known to walk away broke many times. But provided you play safe on most hands you usually will win, unless he has a Ten or and Ace face up, then you are 'usually' screwed. I noticed the chance of a 10 coming out always stays the same.

It all depends on whose online, If I have good crew/friends online I'll plunder until my fingers hurt. Otherwise I'll just find a spot like kingshead alone and hammer away or some Blackjack.
