Adjusted the crew bonus so it only applies to players within your general vicinity. The distance is about as far as you can see another player.
grrr me no like this bc when u have a crew of 8 less rep per guy but then it makes it up by giving u 100% more rep @_@ which in turn woudl equate back to the regular rep anyway lol
