War Brig

[Crimson Rose]

I scraped together enough gold to purchase a war brig. I've had a light brig and a brig, I liked how they worked and I liked their looks. So I saved until I could afford the biggest and "best." I christened her "Crimson Rose." (Surprise, surprise!)

On the maiden voyage of Crimson Rose, I just took her out for a sail around Devil's Anvil and back to Tortuga. I shot at no one, just sailed.

When I landed, the transfer screen froze at 72% and I had to kill Potco. When I next signed on, I had to pay 60 gold to have my brig repaired!

I get the impression there are some bugs associated with the war brig. Can any of you tell me what to expect? Maybe give me tips on how to avoid them? What's the point of going on a long voyage to garner a lot of treasure if you're not going to get the benefit of it?
