Is it just me?

The only time this has happened to me is when I was viewing through Safari on my iPhone. I think it may have happened once before on my computer, but it was fixed with a reopening of the page.

Every time I try opening this on my phone it has the black bar, and the tabs are way over the right.

Yeah, we're finally getting everything back to normal again. Just a few more bug fixes to go.
