The reason PotCO does this is to make the basic access members want to purchase their product more, and usually they buy it (I did.) But-- I think Giving them a light galleon wouldn't hurt
 .

I think letting them have any light ship would be okay, but if they want the good stuff, they should pay like the rest of us. It's not like the game's really expensive, anyway...
