Runtime Error

I had this runtime error once and from what I found out it is from left over stuff not needed in your registry. I downloaded CC Cleaner from download .com. It cleans and fixes these problems. I have windows 7 with 4 GB. It fixed a couple things and I havent seen runtime since.

I use CCleaner, atleast monthly. Didn't seem to do anything for me.
Also, I haven't been getting it every time anymore. But still, atleast 6/10 of the time. So, still a problem. Any more suggestions would be nice
