I don't see me sending a response. I do not wish to hound the Online Staff with demands, complaints, etc., but rather give them the opportunity to understand how the game has progressed in some areas and where it has not. I will take their word in that the information may be passed along to the right people, and therefore will remain optimistic for the future.

I don't mean to sound "condescending" in the strictest sense, but perhaps it is better to organize what you have to say and condone yourself in a well-mannered fashion. The important thing to keep in mind that Pirates Customer Support is staffed by people who are responding to the extent at which their position allows them to. They aren't necessarily able to provide all the answers we seek because it may be out of their hands.
