Yes, it's been like that since this morning for me just before 11 am EST. Could not access Test either, nor at the site itself. I sent them a Bug Report and contacted Members Services about the matter. I also pointed out how there wasn't any official notice about technical difficulties. Sure enough, they placed one up and that notice is not new.

I did get in. Just keep trying. I think others attempting to log in may be delaying others from getting in. Could be a 'Time Out' instead of Bad Account ID or Password that stopped you from launching.
