I do find it interesting that this event is being held on weekdays only when most are still attending school or at work. Why is that?

Is it to lure players during those times, especially at the earliest hours, which are usually Quiet? Abassa is the only one that is Ideal to Full 24/7. No surprise there. The other 14 are Quiet except during those times when kids are off school.
