When did that whole falling-through-the-ground mess start? Hmm, that's hard for me to remember.

I wanna say it's always been around, but in the old days it wasn't as common.
As far as for how serious it's been now, I think it just pretty much began at around the same time the game's server lag started to become far more severe.
