Server may be attempting numerous times to connect with your computer. Disconnect your net access for 3 minutes. Then reconnect and try launching again.

Nothing worked
This is what i did for a workaround so far its working and updating
soon to find out if i can get on

all i did was copy the launcher.exe file to another empty file in the c programs disney folder then ran it as an admin now all is well except for waiting on the oceans and islands to download Sigh..
