Never did notice faster reloading....

Not faster reloads, just fewer reloads. (Although it seems like I could get a slightly faster reload by changing ammo types after 2 shots)

It went from Bang (pause) Bang
to Bang Bang (pause) Bang Bang
to Bang Bang Bang (pause) Bang Bang Bang

and now all the bangs are doing extra damage (assuming you have completed the quest)

Now if we could just shoot Navy and EITC soldiers....

it does reload slightly faster in test they had it to where u never needed to reload only about a week later they came back and said it was a bug .-.
