Thanks Chris. I didn't know you had to kill the thug. Sorry, but one more thing, I'm kinda new to the game. Where is Fort Charles?

Fort Charles is the fort on Port Royal. If you are looking towards the water, head right, all the way up to the top and you'll find steps to go into the fort. There's a mixture of Navy and EITC there, some smaller levels, most a bit higher.

If you are low level you will most likely want to have a friend with you when you challenge the Thug.
