As long as it has the same last name as the original account, it should be fine. If it's a diffrent last name, it looks like its fraud

Well now when im trying to get back into the site its giving me a HTTP Status 500 error

Server errors, try again later then.

They just have a bit of issues every once in a while. It's common for servers lol
