I can't upgrade because I'm in the UK, so can't fill in all the data about where I live and everything because we don't have states or zip codes.
& I don't think game cards exist in the UK.

But it says you need to live in a state, and have to enter a zip code... I don't know any US zip codes... & it has to be a valid one... =[
