A small amount of people (The very first people most likely) were permitted with a beta key, accessing them to the great Beta version. I unfortunately did not hear about this game till Beta signups were probably finished...

No worries, they just haven't sent them all out yet. It takes a while to send all those emails out. Just keep waiting. You might get it in the morning.
