We are doing the same thing in the Fortune Reapers. We do have some higher level pirates that are taking a break from POTCO while waiting for the next BIG update while they play "The Pirates Of The Burning Seas" game (I've started to play EQ2 again)... but we stay in contact via email. I tried looking at the DXD site hoping that it would show when some of these guys last logged on... but nope. They really should upgrade the Guild Membership so at least the GM can see the last time a pirate was on.
