What to do.. *sigh*

Right now, im considering something that would be a huge decision.
I really want to join a guild like War Wenches, really on Amiela.
Should I remake Lads And Wenches, with little Rosa as guildmaster, having the members rejoin? Or keep Amiela as the LAW guildmaster?
This is a hard decision, and I would really like your input.

What would be the easiest on your guildmates? As the guildmaster you have to put them first, so that is the choice you should make.

Yes, that is going to decide whether or not to do it.
I have had several quit, and my attempt to make it active isn't turning out so well.
Whatever the guild members want, I'll do.
If they don't mind rejoining with Rosa as GM, I might consider.

You cant recreate a guild with the same name you had... its been used. (as far as I know)
You cant transfer GM. So, you would have to create basically a 'new' guild to 'move' GM status.
If you change GM/recreate your guild, the members will all have to change also, assuming they want to stick with the guild.


You CAN create/rebuild a pirate, even with the same name and associate this new pirate with any other guild, without effecting the rest.



But if the guild isnt going well, the perhaps its not that big an issue. Best of luck.

Yeah, im gonna pm the members and ask what they want.
I was thinking Lads and Wenches without a capitol A, on Rosa.
Before I do delete/remake/decide anything I have to make sure it all would work out.

idk i remake guilds all the time its a monthly thing for me i get tired of my guild and make a new one my members always join back cause there my friends but next time i leave my guild i'm going guildless for a while

Yeah.
Im in a tough spot now. I don't want the guild members to take pity on me if I ask them to rejoin with little Rosa as leader. I have had members quit because the levels were not the highest.
Even if I do remake it, there is no knowing whether I can get the same/simalar guild name.
One member replied saying I should remake it, and im waiting on a few others.
I think I should remake it.. there is no real difference whether Am or Rosa leads.
Oh, idk what to do.
Then there is part of me feeling bad that I am saying a wanna join another guild.

I think you should just join us on Rosa, and don't worry about the rest of it for right now.
