Communicating with your guild...
When everyone is on its a piece of cake to let everyone know about a specific topic.
But, when the GM needs to get some information out to the guild and not everyone is online what is the best way to do this? Thanks |

Well, I would recommend going on often until you get the info you need from the members.
Otherwise, I would attempt to encourage them to join POF, where you can pm them. |

Create a website and put your info there. Make it worth going to and they'll want to check it out.

Ye can just tell the people that go on often online to tell the info about the guild to the people ye need to tell.

There are many websites out there that offer free forums. the hard part is getting your guild members to join and use it lol

I definitely think that having a site and forums specifically for the guild are a huge asset to ensuring that people keep up to date with what's going on inside the guild itself. But, as someone has already mentioned, the hard part is getting people to actually visit either one. I suggest putting together a website where you can post whatever information that you need to share. Also, maybe have a contact page where other members share their emails in case anyone wants to send a message directly. And of course, as has also already been mentioned, POF is a great place to bring the guild together.
