Green and orange bars?

From what I understand, they are to mark your level on the site, based on your posts and activity.

I don't think it's working... The percent deal hasn't moved, and I didn't level up when I'm pretty sure I should have.

Okay so I did finally level...but the percent deals are still weird. LoL

It's pretty much a Leveling System for vBulletin Forums. The Orange Bar is your Level (Although I'm not sure why it shows a bar for Level, could that be a clue that there is a cap?), The Green is your Activity% (Not sure how it's calculated, I'm currently reading things about it. The Blue Bar (Not under name in post like other 2 bars) is your Experience.

Also, when you click on your name in your post, you will see all 3 bars in the drop-down menu.
