Ya same here. Haven't been successful at boarding once so far.

Usually all I see are "guard" titles. I'll keep looking.

The coal is eluding me as well. I even went to the other town with a fort down south, forget the name of the island (sorry just woke up ). But you don't even get the option to search any containers there.

Yay, there is coal in the barrel's now. Also, you have to use a dockworker to board your ship
