Custom Avatars for Guilds

cool. i have a pic of jack sparrow from rudyguards teeth quest. if you can cut out the face, it would work. and how do you shrink a picture tho that size? i want to make avatars. not for me, though. i like this one the best. thanks!

I use Irfanview to make these avatars.The way I shrink them is by selecting the whole image with a white box,cut it,then I open another image,form a smaller box(57x81 for me),and paste the image I selected.That would make a smaller version of the image.Then I would cut the smaller image,and paste it back to it's original file.I think you can do that with Photoshop,too.I hope that helps!
