Monitor saying Out Of Frequency
I've never had this problem until today. When I tried to play my POTCO today on my computer it is saying "Frequency Out Of Range", I even tried restarting my computer and it only does it when I play POTCO and I've played it yesterday and countless times before. What can I do to fix it? I can't get the game started so I can change the settings what else can I do?

Can you get to the pirates selection screen? If so try changing video settings.
Sounds like you have a corrupt video setting. |

It only lets me get to the part where I login, once I type my password and click enter thats when it does it.

Well ive seen this happen before with other games. It usually means that wherever the video settings are located, there is some corruption (or bad setting). Maybe you could remove the game_options.txt file from the folder and see if it resets settings.
Unfortunately other than that, uninstalling/reinstalling the game is all I can think of that might clear it up. |

Zep, you freakin' rock, man! I deleted the game_options.txt file and now it works.
Note to self: don't mess with settings anymore. |
