Actually blackjack and blackjack friday's bet depends on wherever u are, for example: Port Royal max bet: 250 PDF max bet:500!

It's just an event, a way to get more people playing. Like people would have a guild night or something, they just want a Blackjack night But on Fridays, Blackjack is the last thing i'll be doing on pirates lol.
