I drive a Z71 with a lift....My closet consists of Wranglers, my belt/buckel (can bender) that my daddy bought me when I was a kid....(15 years ago) and I can't live without my Wolverines. I wear my Justins to weddings and funerals. In fact when Skulley and I got married I was wearing my boots and jeans.....
I grew up listening to Hank, Haggard, and Jones. I remember when Conway sang Rock. I remember what Willie looked like before the beard and braids. I can tell you all 4 of the Highwaymen and own many of the Outlaws albums. I know the ORIGINAL lyrics of 'Good Ole Boys" and not the Dukes theme song.
I always thought Garth was a flake. I remember the Queens of country before the women of country started sounding like watered down Pop.
I feel most of the popular "Country" acts came to the sticks because they couldnt cut it in pop. Shall I say Keith Urban and Rascal Flats?....
About the only "new" country artist I like is Trace.....
As for Gretchen Wilson That Redneck Woman aint got squat on me...........
