I used my doll this morning and had no problem. I have not had the Tia Dalma quest with her in Cuba.
Have you tried unequipping then re-equipping the doll? All of my weapons say I need training but all of them still work and gain points. |

I can't use my cutlass either. I have the pistol in the F1 F2 and F2 box and I can't change that now. Double Bummer

I'd really like to know how to get the Tia Dalma quest, if anyone knows. Healing would be very useful when soloing.
