The first time I read your request, it was just too open ended to think about answering. I figured someone else would tell you to go to Fort Charles. But there are a lot of places on Tortuga and Port Royal for low-level weapons.
Might be easier to help you if you were more specific: what is your notoriety level? What is your lowest level weapon (i.e. the one you want to work on) and what level is it? |
