I'm stuck on part of the quests. I'm level 32, never venturing to Isla Tormenta much.

With it the game down, I'm not sure exactly what the other 2 are, but I'm looking for Flotsam. I've searched and searched on Tormenta and can't find them.

Is this a glitch, should I be killing something else? I just never see them.
