Bad account Id or username

I email the helpdesk and asked when both me and my daughter were locked out but my son was okay; three different machines but same network/ADSL. The reply states that the problem was fixed in the latest release of the software and suggest that I update my software. I updated all three machines and it happened again this week. No idea why. All you have to do is wait an hour or two and you can log in again.
