You sure you weren't out of one particular ammo type? ESC and F1 get me out of almost every type of "stuck" in this game.

It's called a "Cut Scene" because you can cut it out!

Corollary: when in a boss battle crew, remind people to press ESC to skip the cutscene before you click YES!
