I think it means if you have limited chat you if you enter the code you can talk to that person only whatever you want. I'm not sure about if you already have unlimited speedchat plus though.

He mentioned adding me there on DxD once, and im sorry to say I dont even know what he meant. Can the real Andrew/PirateGuy_14 please stand up and help educuate a few inquiring minds?
