You do not get that notoriety when your helping someone else on their boss battle. It is possible that it doesnt for the BB since it is technically a "Treasure Map" event, and not regular.

Added: Yup.. codiac is on track It's possible they dont, but im fairly positive they do, I remember being told so last double rep event, and I was mad I didnt take advantae of it. hehe
