If you brought all those things to Bonita then she gave you your tattoo and now you need to go show it to Carver IIRC. Check your journal and see if it now says visit him.
Good Luck The crew quests still need some tweaking. Think I have done all of them at this point on a variety of characters and they all seem to stall for me at some point.
Pidgely was the only one that did complete and even he got lost with this last update.

So did you have to create a new charcater everytime, or is there someway to get past that particular quest and then on to another? I would think not as we need all of those guys to crew the Pearl, right?
