You mean like a background image like on my userpage, Chris? If so, this is what you need to do.
- Get the picture you want to use as your background (make sure it abides to our rules though.
)
- Upload it to a hosting site (or the Gallery. -.^)
- Use this code...

- Save your userpage.
That should give you a background image that you can have your UP layered over.
