Not a bad idea, for individual NPC's. However, that doesn't address when you are at KH either:

A) Leveling Grenades, and some player with his brand new staff decides to come in and start decimating the entire area
B) Leveling Staff and some body comes in and starts lobbing grenades.

But I dont see the need to ban a weapon - espically if you had 3 Islands of KH Type on each server... if now you can find a empty KH server in four server hops, having three islands on just one server would save lots off hopping

Heh, I liked the names too.

I agree with you. If there were at least one more island with a set up like the parade ground at KH, that would alleviate a lot of grief for/from some players.
