I disagree. That kind of ruins the idea of skeleton ships. Skeleton ships are suppose to be hard.

Navy = Easiest
EITC = Medium
Skeleton = Hard

Navy Ferret which is level 1.
EITC Sea Viper which is mostly level 8.
I don't think they should add a Skeleton LS level 15, wouldn't work out.

Would be neat to see some additional skeleton ships of the various ship classes.
Perhaps Jolly's minions cannot gather in the numbers necessary to man a galleon?
