Glitches and Playing the game

We play Pirates Online, and like you, from time to time we see things that need improvement. For instance, take our recent Privateering feature that was added to the game a month or so back.

PvP ship battles are exciting, however, we've seen some Pirates doing things in Privateering that makes it not as fun as it should be - like repairing ships while in battle. (In Privateering, ship repairs can only be done at port or while the captain is away from the helm. The players that are repairing while still sailing are taking advantage of a bug in the game.) We do our best to make sure bugs are squashed before new features are introduced into the game, but when they do sneak in, we work even harder to fix them. That said, you'll see fixes for this and many other bugs you've told us about in our next release - we just want to let you know we hear you and are working on them.

well, I. like many others, am on both sides. yeah, some are good, and often funny, and good to impress others, ( like getting behind the bar at taverns ), but some, like unfair playing in pvp/svs is worse than lord Becketts ego! ( lol, it HUGE.) I must admit, though, I have tried the invincible/invisible glitch while battling NPC'S. but i noticed that, EVERY plunder was ALL cargo crates! that PROVES that cheaters never prosper.
but, because people see svs glitching is FUNNY, and all, I haven't gone out there, and I wont until I can BEAT them when they're cheating. that will not only show 'em,
but it would mean I could beat the glitchs, witch, in my opinion, is the best skill you could ever learn. As for standing behind the gate in kingshead and using the grenades, I say " why not?" it doesn't affect anyone, and its one of yer only chances of lvling up without constantly getting killed.

Oh how I would like to agree with you on that. Trouble is, Disney doesn't feel that way, so people out there taking out the cheats and healing on move boats got the nice slap in the face, and skills extremely reduced. Cheats though, left in the game.
