OMG!!! GUYS!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The thing im most exited about is that now, you can board ANY public ship that is out there! :O! only that they can block you though... oh well

With public access, youd need to be on a busy server for good results, and that brings more lag.I personally dont need it.Just so i can get a larger crew.I mean, unless someone has something higher than a War Frigate(imposibble).
