You go in to ANY blacksmith shop, and there will be some dude there that has some name, and under that it will say TRAINER. I dont think you really trade the skill points, you buy them so you can redestrubute them on your skills for a certain weapon.
Like Chris said, its 250 the first time, then 2500 every time after that. Even though it can get real expensive, its very usefull. |
