I discovered a perfect way to level 'nades for you high levels, 35+.

Bosses.

I was in Beckett's Quarry where that boss is behind a rail. So I decided to throw a grenade at him. He couldn't come down though, but if he did they can only move so far I guess. So he stood there and I continued throwing. I got about 105 rep with crew bonus! Trust me, bring at least somebody with siege there cuz his hp doenst move down that fast.

Sounds like your talking about Neban. He can come down from the platform. He came down once while I was just standing there, no weapon draw. He and a couple of Navy guys killed me. I've seen him come down a couple of other times as well. This guy is very tough. Most people will want to double team him at least. A healer is a very good idea. I would NOT just casually lob grenades at him, unless you like jail.
