I call glitchers that use the glitches against OTHER pirates Cheaters.

I call people that have found a way to level weapons using a glitch nothing.

In SvS/Privateering, it iritates me to no end when another pirate is using a glitch (invulnerable/invisible/etc) against everyone else and is therefore "winning". I call that player a cheater.

In PvP when a pirate uses a glitch against his oponent, it is cheating.

When you are by yourself, or with your crew/guild using a glitch to level your weapons and NOT INTERFERING WITH OTHER PIRATES, then there is nothing cheating about it.
