any quests finished?

I have two characters that are stuck. So I will probably just erase them and start fresh.

I made 1 female character <yes, I am a male> that I am 'testing' by only leveling my skills up. I have not started any of those crazy long quests yet. The Nine Rogues, Dagger Quest, The Black Pearl, etc. are just in my quest log at the first step...Talk to Elizabeth, Talk to Gibbs, etc.

I am going to see how high I can take the skills. Currently working on cutlass 12, pistol 8, cannons 12, sailing 5. And trying to collect all the Golden Teeth, Navy Decorations, and Navy Medals.

If I ever get through a complete quest line, I will let everyone know.

On all three of my people i've made... no matter how many times i delete two of them i can't get by the third main quest, not even to the crew. on my first person i'm stuck on the finding the crew where i get the materials for a tatoo i got them, it says COMPLETE but then it says to return to the tatoo lass i do, and she says "Great, lets start again" then says "I got nothing for you, mate" So, I'm stuck, and can't do any other crews or drop this one. Only can find one crew at a time lol.
