|
There have been double reputation (experience) events in the game such as the one discussed here. Some of which gave you a fixed length of play time to earn your rewards. Those players that participated in such events will continue to show "EXP x2" until they have used all that time in the game, even long after the event is over it seems.
Or, it could be something else
