I think ya nailed it there TSC... we pay only a portion of the cost they do, and the updates come to us online (and not at the store), so we just have to accept that the pace will always be slower I think.

As a finny 'side story' - two workers here took today and Monday off (they scheduled their 'long weekend' a while ago just for this...) - to play WOW full time for the next four days LOL ... we may not find them alive
