I know you can just make the new pirate and go through the pain of getting those on the friends list to meet you somewhere to add to friends list or in my case I just turn on the second computer and bring the new pirate along.

Nothing wrong with the idea, I just do not think many would make use of it.

I find that all my real friends are easily found/refriended. Most those long lost missing friends.. well they get deleted anyhow because my list is always full, and I meet new friends alot.

If your friends list is your priority then that would be an excellent feature.

What I think would be perhaps a better suggestion would be the option to copy the friends list from your previous pirate to your new one.
