Do my pictures look funny?

Well i use Snipping tool from vista but ive always used that even in VMK and on POTCO never had this problem. And i do use the old uploader for Photobucket (much easier if you ask me)

Ah HAHA! I found the culprit someone changed the picture save from .jpg to .gif i switched it back and now pictures upload fine wow i can believe i spent weeks looking for a reason i finally get fed up with it and ask for help and low and behold i find the answer myself.
