Hello, and welcome. Yes, this will be pay-to-play if you want to be able to play the FULL version of the game, without the annoying ads as well as doing things other peoples can't =(

Glad you made it here! POTCO rocks!! There are plenty of guilds to choose from - there is a forum topic devoted to guilds - might want to check it out - mine is Rummers Guild and welcomes everybody who wants to help one another - hope to see you on the high seas really soon!!
